This company has a sign that says "Please ring bell for assistance". However, I was standing at their glass partition in plain view. I could see the workers sitting at a table. If I can see them, they can see me. Plus, they have two cameras in the lobby. No one acknowledged me in the lobby as I sat there waiting to be acknowledged. I sat there for 20 minutes. Not one person from the back came to the front to assist me. I don't have to ring a bell to get the attention of a business. I'm not Pavlov. They should be well aware when patrons enter their establishment and quick to attend to their needs. I'm a customer. They've lost their sense of customer service/relations. What kind of company does that? They've lost my business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They get zero stars from me. But the only way I could post this was by marking a star.

Do not do business with this company, unfortunately many of us fall for their lies through this company, Mr. Wayne does not take responsibility for the payments to his employees and puts the information of his clients at risk.
