I was told the wifi router I got a few years ago was obsolete. They told me to come and get another one no charge. Turns out the new unit requires a modem too. Which costs a additional 5.99 a month. The person behind the counter wasn't very nice either. I asked if this would improve my internet service. She didn't know. I just took my old router home again.

I have called 7 times in 6 days to find out why blue ridge has not shown the phillies games 5 straight games the new channel 743 is supposed to carry the overflow when there is a conflict in games on channel 634 blue ridge tells me NBC chooses which games they show I doubt NBC would say here is a new channel but we are not going to show anything on it the overflow games are only broadcast on nbcsp+ blue ridge says we don't have nbcsp+ only nbcsp until they realize and admit they're mistake If I want to watch the phillies game I have to travel into service electric territory 8 miles away

I had a modem go bad and when I got there they had it waiting for me. I wasn't familiar with Palmerton and was cutting it close to their closing time. They waited a few minutes after even to make sure I got the modem! Had an excellent experience!

Terrible customer service. Spotty service which was corrected after ~4 months. They provided a refund but their auto-payment service wasn't smart enough to not charge my bank account. I called them today and asked for a refund (which they granted) but said it would take ~4 weeks. Absolutely terrible service and technology infrastructure. Will NEVER utilize Blue Ridge again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved to the area from an area that I had Xfinity and Xfinity was amazing compared to this Blue Ridge Cable service. The TV and internet are constantly going out of service and not to mention the price. I'm paying $30 more now than I did with Xfinity and that's with a promotion. When the first year is done it goes up $30 and then after that year it goes up another $40. This service absolutely sucks. I pray that Xfinity comes to the Lehigh Valley area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a monopoly in the area but their service is constantly dropping, their equipment is always faulty, and they charge an absolutely outrageous amount for basic Wi-Fi. An absolute joke.

I'd give lower than 1 star if i could there sales reps lie to you. If you upgrade your internet make sure you ask them about being charged extra and not to lie to you. I was straight up lied to and overcharged and had to pay the first month for 2 internet packages just because of the days the billing cycle fell on!!!! Give me a break Blue Ridge Your losing us as customers and i hope everyone that reads this either stops there service with you as well and people looking for a tv/internet provider go with someone else. Blue Ridge is hands down the worst. Im not exaggerating one bit.
