I had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan Dacayo, who was very pleasant on the phone, knowledgeable and professional. Jordan gave me excellent service, and information to help me with my job search. I was very impressed at how she communicated everything, as far as the process, and how fast she provided me with the company's job search website so I could see what they had to offer. I would recommend anyone to work with Jordan, to get excellent quality customer service. 😊

Reached out to see if they had any work available two weeks ago. Jordan scheduled a call with me in which she never reached out. Once I reached out via email she stated we can reschedule and never responded. Just horrible communication if you don’t have any work just say that and communicate. She was very rude and didn’t try to help in any form. These the type of Recruiters we are now dealing with now in 2024. It’s insane because they know people are looking for work I feel like they treat people how they want. I would not recommend. She probably helps who she wants which is sad. I would give no stars if it was up to me.

I have not had a good experience with Bolt, both last year and this summer.
I'm a substitute teacher/school employee who needs work during the summer, and also am willing to leave sub teaching if I found a full time job worth it.

I've tried to get work through Bolt both last summer and this summer, and both times they gave me the run-around and were very unhelpful.

Both times i've gotten this awful, rude lady named Camilla (but it's pronounced---KA-MI-LA---very important you mispronounce it she'll bite your head off 🙄). She was there last summer, and unfortunately I got directed to her again this summer. (Why do I always have to get her?) She is rude, impatient, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. I mispronounced her name when I called, this summer, and she very rudely and angrily corrected me, and interrupted me to do so before even letting me finish my sentence.

People mispronounce my name all the time, but I politely correct them and don't snap at them. There's a way to do it that isn't rude or condescending or snappy. And honestly, I was looking for work--and financially struggling and wondering how I'll feed my child and self, and you want to knit pick me about how I pronounce your name? I have bigger worries than how to pronounce your name!

Like seriously, I don't even care who you are, or what your name is, you are not THAT important, and I have bigger problems than that. There are bigger problems than someone mispronouncing your name, and obviously someone looking for work through a temp agency is struggling, you really want to kick a person when they're down over a simple mistake? Really? well karma is real and I hope someday she gets laid off and calls a temp agency herself looking for work, and that she mispronounces that lady's name and that lady snaps at her and treats her EXACTLY how she treated me and made me feel when I was already down.

Your name could be alien for all I care, just get me a dang job and do YOUR job by finding me work instead of focusing on how I said your name and being so rude about it.!!

Unfortunately it's always her I get routed to, when I was hoping she was not there by this summer. I don't know how she maintains her job, being as rude as she is. But I hope her manager reads this. She doesn't do her job properly, is rude and snappy, and doesn't follow up with clients. I decided not to try bolt again after talking to her a second time, bc anyone but camilla and each time it's her instead, does anyone else work there smh.

Great people and helped me find a job when I needed it, for ever grateful, but when I was not treated like a human being in both places and even reported to Bolt Staffing. Nothing happened nor was there any follow-up action not just me as their temp employee but to the clients they get contracts with. I see temps get mistreated all the time and people get away with it. Especially when you are not needed anymore the clients come up with a bogus lie to find grounds to let you go. Not all but some clients. It's really sad to see and experience this and this is the way how the world is now a days. Have mercy on your souls. I get it they are paying you to staff their ranks with temp workers, but you got to care when they mistreat or belittle your temp workers more. All the reports of harassment and grievances I experienced in the client workplace lead to no where. Not even heard, pretend to listen and then I hear nothing back. I bet you would care more if they treated a family member this way that you helped them get a job at. Thank you for all the experiences, but you need to care more about your workers that help get this company paid day in and day out. God bless you and hope you treat people better with more kindness and sincerity.

I have just joined Bolt Staffing and I’ve had a great experience working with Camille Mathews. She has been great to work with and helping me prepare myself and my paperwork and badging. Everything with her office as moved smoothly. I will continue to do business with her and I highly recommend her and the office staff which I also worked with Jordan, Dane and Sarah in getting me going back to work.. 👍🏼😊

I was very nervous looking for a job because I had worked at my previous job for over 16 years and felt very rusty in job seeking. Camila from Bolt was great. When I’ve visited the office I’ve also had the pleasure to meet Scott on multiple occasions and he has always been another friendly face for the company. Overall, I’ve never been disappointed with Bolt and would definitely use them for finding work or if you are in need of good staff.
