I had the turkey sandwich with fries today, and it was absolutely delicious! The bread is perfectly toasted on the inside, and the ingredients are so fresh. The meats here are also top-notch. Whenever I go to a barbecue, I always buy the Brazilian tips and the house steak from Brunk’s, and it’s always a hit with everyone. And guess what? Their fountain drinks are made with cane sugar, which is a refreshing change from all the high-fructose corn syrup out there. Thanks, Brunk’s!

I've never been to a butcher shop, first time. It's in a mall type plaza so parking was a pain. There was even an 18 wheeler blocking up lanes in this plaza, which I thought was kinda crazy.

Inside has a case of cheeses and 2 other cases for meats.

They have a bar too with some TVs. Great place for the boys night.

Got the prime rib $40 to eat in store, prime rib sandwich $24, and a lower tier prime rib bone in, to take home. The dine in came with one side each.

The prime rib was medium and boy was that delicious. It had some garlic butter on top, super juicy, super tender, light crisp char. It was bomb.

The prime rib sandwich, was expecting some cheap cut, but that was soo tender. It was very very good and it was big. Very flavorful.

Sides where fries which was nice and hot and crispy. We got the loaded Mac and cheese which came with their smoked meet of the day with bbq sauce on top. The Mac and cheese was soo good and cheesy. It was the best Mac and cheese I've had. While the smoke mest is good, I think I'll get it without in the future. That's how good the Mac n cheese was.

Place is pricey for me but was worth it. I will come when they have their yearly sale 25% off in the case items or for special occasions.

Tried the pastrami sandwich, ribeye steak sandwich, butchers baked potatoes, and butchers mac n cheese! They’re all good but have to admit… the pastramis was the BEST! So much flavor!!!! YUM!!

We love the Norco location of Brunks but finally got a chance to see the new store in Chino Hill and man oh man is it nice. Love the location and the restaurant, great food to eat and to take home.
My wife and I had lunch, wife got the stuffed baked potatoe with brisket and I got the chicken club. Both were awesome. Also found out that they are adding a Steak house restaurant in Norco and we are excited.
The highlight of our visit was that we got to see Nicole. So happy to see the progression of your business...

I went to Brunk’s for my lunch because they didn’t answer their phone. I wanted to order a buffalo chicken sandwich. Apparently they didn’t have a chef there until 4pm. I asked if they could do a burger and they said yes. I was the only order and waited 30 minutes for the burger and fries. Not only that but I went to eat the burger, it was too red for me to eat, and they also did not put everything on the burger as described on their menu. I will never eat here again. Very disappointed with the service and food.

Came here on two separate occasions. One to check the place out and the second was to order food. The first time I came in staff was very polite and very helpful and I was able to get a few pieces of the house steak tips, which we soooo good. I got to share them with a friend and we both gave it a 10/10. The flavor was good and the meat was sweet so I will be coming back in the future to try other meats. On top of that they get some of their meats from creekstone farms so they do have some HALAL options for any Muslims wondering. The second time I came I got the Brunk burger and it was one of the best burgers I have had flavor wise. It was on the smaller side and for $17 it seemed a little overpriced. I would either like to have it a little bigger or either have some fries with it. Overall it was a good experience and I do plan on returning in the future.

This placed just opened Feb 24th (Yesterday). Stopped in to see what it's about.

Seem to have high quality meats, especially imported Wagyu. They'll cut it to your specification, but could cost around $149-$189/lb, which is pretty standard. Other meats come from Snake River Farms.

They also have specialty cheeses, meat rubs, and specialty oils. I'd definitely stop in if you're looking for high quality meats and specific cuts!
