Welp they earn a 1 zero. Do not use if you can avoid. Terribly old system that can not take payments and update system. If they have a glitch and your service is off on friday. Do not expect restored service until the following Monday. This is a internet company, connection is everything, failure to reconnect is detrimental. And suicide for this mom and pop cable company. Lame.

Service technician arrived about 1--2 hours after I called about problem. Replaced bad power supply and had everything back to running in less than 15 minutes. Both people I dealt with, (phone customer service and technician on site), was very professional and extremely polite. Restored my faith in customer service with their understanding and level of willingness to get out internet fixed as quick as possible.

The internet service is poor. Customer service is terrible. I pay $200 a month and I am not satisfied at all. After hours, you get an answering service that doesnt communicate with the office. Technical support is non-existent. The Federal Trade Commission should look into this company. Save your money, it's a ripoff. Change my mind.

The only reason it gets 1 star is because they do have good service when the internet goes out. However, at 65 dollars for "up to" 3mbps download and .25 upload speed is an outrageous price for such slow broadband speed. They want over 100 a month for "up to"10mbps download. They should be ashamed to price gouge as they do just because there is no other viable choice in the rural areas they serve. Like the other reviewer said, the FTC or the FCC should look into this company. National average for broadband now is 95 mbps. It's like being on a dial-up modem.

UPDATE 2:46 8/24/2016 5 STARS. THANK YOU AGAIN!! ALL SERVICE UP AND RUNNING!! UPDATE 1:31 pm 8/24/2016 The service rep is at the house. Thank you Camellia Communications! UPDATE 10:08 am we did speak with the office. She is resubmitting the work order. She was very polite. Cable/internet went out Saturday, August 20, 2016. Called and received answering service. Monday August 22 still no service or communication with Camellia Communications rep. When we called they had no idea of our report of outage. The rep said they had not gone through the weekend calls. It is now 9:56 am Wednesday August 24. Still no service or call from Camellia Communications. I do not want a dish but if this is the service we get from this provider we will will be looking for a new provider. Did not want to check a STAR since the service at this point is minus 2 stars. Only checked since it would not post. If anyone with Camellia Communications reads this, please give us a call.
