This place is nice. They have DVD’s you can checkout old cd’s. Books,magazines and have a computer center. I know your think that’s the normal but for a library you can’t go wrong. The people working here are super friendly and helpful. I know they do have a notary and they are up to date with all the programs you may need access too. And it’s a very quite place if you need somewhere to go to just hit that reset button I have been in libraries that haven’t been so quite. So if you stop in let me know what you think!!

I can not say enough good things about this library. The staff are helpful, kind and highly educated. They do everything in their power to help me find the information I need. Huge shoutout to their director: Terri Lesley. She has created a wonderful public library for our town!

I’ve spent a lot of time in libraries around the country, and this is one of the best libraries I’ve been to outside of a university! Most important, the selection of literature is surprisingly extensive, eclectic, and very different than many libraries. The staff is also very helpful. Second most important, the vibe is excellent for working on your laptop, sitting and reading, studying, etc. There are desks and tables and a quiet area that promote tranquility and concentration. People aren’t misusing it for a social setting or a day crash pad like some libraries in the country. I’m extremely pleased to have this in Gillette.

Marcy and Elease were Amazing and so helpful in finding a book for me. The book was not where it was supposed to be in shelf and they both looked all over until they could find it for me and did it with great kindness .Have not seen that kind of care in helping someone in a while. They definitely deserve a raise! Thank you ladies:)

I've been around the country and had my fair share of library memberships, and none seem to even come close to the quality that this library exceeds. The atmosphere is clean and professional with a set-up that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. They provide a 'teen' room which is on a separate floor, which I especially enjoy as the sound is no where to be heard. They also provide a large kids section, also separate, that is full of color and makes browsing for books much more engaging. The staff is very courteous, and provides help willingly yet not over bearing. And for those of you looking to study, there are provided study rooms with full windows and a door to shut you in the quiet!

Simple enough to obtain a library card. The selection of books is vast and they have complete sets of most of the fantasy fiction I read. The children's section is almost half the library (or so it feels) and my first day I went there was a lady singing and reading to over a dozen children. My kids weren't as old as the ones attending so we just lurked while my kids watched wide-eyed and amazed. The library is spacious, clean, and they had an amazing beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the middle of the lobby. You can tell that the library is well maintained. They have a game area, DVD watching area, reading areas, you can borrow magazines, books, board games, DVDs, audio books on cassette/CD, and more. There is something here for everyone and anyone to read/watch/do. The staff is helpful when searching for books. They are full of suggestions and will help you find something that piques your interest. Checking out is simple if you choose self-checkout. Just scan your card, scan your books/DVDs, and you're good to go. Ensure your DVDs are unlocked though before leaving. It was my first time using the machine and I didn't unlock them correctly so I had to come back before I could open the DVDs for my kids... I think I have found my new favorite place in Gillette.

I have never felt more welcome in my life. The staff are incredible. The resource pool here is out of this world. I would recommend Campbell County Library to anyone visiting or living in Gillette Wyoming.
