Dustin in technical support needs to learn to talk to customers. He is the rudest human being I have dealt with in 5 years of being a CAS customer.

"What did you do to cause this issue" and condescending snide comments are absolutely no way to speak to a customer.

Was looking into getting internet from CAS. Had a technician sent to check to see if it was serviceable. Never received a call that the technician came which is issue #1. Was told it’s not serviceable but there are multiple houses on near by streets that have it, even had one on the street, issue #2. Issue #3 the reasons why they can’t service my house didn’t make any sense, and when I tried to get a better understanding the explanation was even more confusing. I’ve heard the service is great but communication needs to be better.

Update: being on a corner lot. There are two streets and the one street is where the service goes into the house and from what I was told that street has CAS customers. Didn’t have a problem getting to them.

Update: I got a call this morning, and they are going to swap out our modem, and on top of that, are giving us 2 weeks credit since they could tell our internet hasn't been working correctly. I'm very satisfied with how the manager handled this situation. I'm fixing my review because other then this unfortunate incident with our wifi, I've never had any problems with them. Thank you for making this right.
I've been a loyal customer for years, even recommending others to CAS. I'm never one to complain, because I know how awful it is to deal with rude customers. But about 2 weeks ago, my internet starter going out every 5-10 minutes, and would stay offline for a bit, then start back up. Then, the outage times got longer and longer, going hours where it shows "offline." I called, and they did a reset, and had us pull the battery, and was told to see if it would help. Nothing. It's still doing it, going in and out CONSTANTLY. We can't even use our wifi. So I call again today, and get transferred to a tech. I tell him it's up right this minute, but it goes out ALL THE TIME. He recommends doing everything we've already tried the week prior. I tell him this. He says, "well it's reset itself over 240 times in the last day or so. you have a very old modem, most of ours now are 3.1. Yours is 3.0, and isn't even capable of delivering the speed you're paying for." So I wasn't told before today that I needed to upgrade my modem. Fine, I'll do that. When I asked about a credit for the weeks I couldn't use their internet, I'm told "sorry, we can't offer you credit at this time." I've never ONCE in the YEARS I've had CAS, asked for a credit, or gave any issues. Not even getting what you pay for, then being denied even a small credit offer to make things right really rubbed me the wrong way.

This place is a joke with their service technicians. I've Been down for almost a week now after paying the reactivation fee. They keep saying they show up to my house and they didn't even show up. This Happen twice now and yet Nothing is done to them and I still have no internet And now because they said they showed up I have to reschedule again. Not even sure if they're gonna show up at this point. Highly do not recommend this internet company. 🙄 it's my girls account haileigh boice

Was on phone with customer service to walk me through setting up reoccurring payments for $5 credit. No credit next month, said I needed to call in and tell them I set it up. I was on the phone with the lady when she helped me set it up!!! Nonsense....jump through hoops to save $5.

We have been very happy with CAS service until we didn’t realize that our debit card had renewed and cas didn’t have the correct pin soWITHOUT WARNING or a courtesy call, our service was cancelled.
We were able to get our service restored after paying a fee but very frustrating

It's like every 6mo-1yr I have to go in and get a modem replaced. Having to reset everything that I have connected takes time and is not worth this service. Constantly having to get in touch with customer service about the poor connection that I receive. We have to reset the modem before it gets replaced. This service is not worth the price for what it gives. If I were in the area where other Internet services were available, I'd drop this in a heartbeat.

The owner replied back to review to contact their customer service. I did, and then I was told that I needed to replace my modem yet again! The tech rep stated that himself and his colleagues have the same model and that they don't have these issues at all. Well, now I have to go to their location and replace my moden yet again. The last time that I was there for this issue was literally a year ago.

Finally made the move from Optimum. Great customer service and the WiFi speed is 3 times faster and $50 cheaper per month. CAS Cable is a no brainer!
