We lease our perfect-for-our-varied-needs Xerox copier/printer from Dice and are 150% delighted with the accessibility and reliability of the support service Dice provides. I first met Kevin at a BNI meeting in 2006 in Greencastle where he displayed one of his printers with a special price. I purchased a printer from Kevin that day and have been a customer of Dice Imaging ever since. I have found Kevin to be a man of integrity and who has a strong faith in God. Kathy has always been pleasant and very helpful whenever I call with my concerns and the technicians are excellent. Sometimes my issue can be resolved over the phone but, if a service call is necessary someone is usually there the same day or no later than the next day.
