Mr Wiles owns the billboard company in Sharp County. He is a very rude man. He also does not maintain upkeep on his property which butts up to the back of mine. I called Mr. Wiles because his property was overgrown, to voice my concern about snakes, and his response was “mow it if it bothers you because it’s not bothering me.” I was mowing the property for the past 3 years until he put big boulders in the way so I was not able to access the property to mow. I told him I was concerned about my grandkids getting bitten by a snake and he said “not my problem”. He then proceeded to tell me that if I don’t like it being overgrown then I can buy the property and do whatever I want with it. He has literally mowed all around the one lot that is behind mine since I called him. Not very professional at all. I was told my the county office to steer clear of him because he is so rude and hateful. They were certainly right.
