I have really enjoyed working with the Ceatus Media Group. When I started working with them I was concerned that I would have to redo my whole website. They were able to work with my current website which is very important to me because of my relationship with the original designer of my website. This was very refreshing and demonstrated their flexibility and willingness to create something unique for us versus a cookie-cutter approach.
Ceatus is handling our Reviews, Social Media, and we get website traffic from their patient education portal. This has taken a huge amount anxiety from me. The whole team at Ceatus is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and dedicated to customer service. The effects of our work together are that now we are getting lots of reviews, Facebook activity, more presence on Google, and an increase in new patient flow. Becoming a client of Ceatus was one of the best things I’ve done to keep my practice modern and contemporary within the marketing world. John Oliver and his team have done a great job.
