Zach was AWESOME! I stopped by to inquire about the monthly car wash subscription. I had a lot of questions, but Zach was very patient, extremely professional, and helped me set up the monthly plan. He was the nicest guy!! . Thank you so much!!

Friendly helpful staff and a great carwash! Vacuums and drying towels free to use afterwards. My car looks amazing and I can go through daily if needed with the monthly plan. Love it all! Tyler does an amazing job!

When they’re open, it’s good but I pay for the monthly program and 4 times out if 8 I’ve went to get my car washed. It’s closed even on a nice sunny dry thursday. That parts disappointing, because then I go to another car wash and pay for something I’m already paying for.

Thank you for your reply but no, it was closed because you had cones in both of the driving lanes.

Welcoming, patient, educational, understanding, considerate, and generous. The guys working today were excellent. It was my first visit as I've traveled from Kentucky to Ottumwa, IA. My mom's funeral is tomorrow, and these guys took care of my vehicle, even offering next morning service. Your kindness meant so much, thank you, Champion Xpress Ottumwa.

Zach, did an awesome job prepping my car for the car wash and then also gave excellent customer service with wiping down my car afterwards!! Went well above and beyond! He’s friendly every time I come thru. Would highly recommend their car wash and Zach!!!

Already incredible with the affordable prices and free vacuum, but two of the workers helped get my car unlocked when I locked my phone and keys inside! I believe their names were Chris, Zach, and Tyler! Really friendly service from the moment you pull up and my car looks great! Thank you so much again!
