I hired Chatter Buzz to create my branding guide document. First they assigned someone who had no clue what SAAS is - after several meetings where I tried to explain what our business is doing, nothing changed. I had to escalate and another writer was assigned, who basically copy-pasted what I told them during our meeting and handed me an updated guide. It had many typos...
