This has to be the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with CELESTE S. Was appointed to be my caseworker and I never was made aware of that. She sent me a letter of missing information then denied my application for something that was never listed on this letter. I’ve been calling for a month it had to take for me to go off and act out of character to hear from her just to have to start the process all over again. 100% not ok! Of course nothing will be done about it. It’s just messed up because these services are for kids smh people have to do better if this isn’t the job you enjoy find other employment

$47,000 a year is unacceptable pay for a licensed therapist. I am a licensed therapist in Chester County. I made $18,000 (net) for the month of July. Why would I take such a low paying job. My pre-licensed therapists make more than that. I am currently on maternity leave and I am making more than that by setting at home and not seeing clients. Most insurance companies pay over $100 an hour.

Reading Olympics traffic can be really crazy. There's no one directing traffic so watch out for overflow onto the main drive and into the busy intersection / traffic light. There will be hundreds of pedestrians walking all over the place (especially in the front of the building). Parking is surprisingly limited and lots of people end up parking in the loading area or across the way. I recommend arriving super early and/or drop-off if you can. Be patient and good luck! 📚

DO NOT send your kids here. I regret sending my son to this school ever... It's an overall zoo/mad house.... this school has changed so much of who my son Is in the few short months he was there before I refused to send him to school anymore bc he was hit from student in the hallways and then staff would restrain him, imagine that!! He was exposed to smoking INSIDE THE BUILDING bc students would open side doors. It is not the place to send your already struggling kid!

This school appears to be our answered prayers mom, I know! It's really not.... trust me, don't ruin your kid.

It has been a little bit since my son went to this school & I still wish everyday I never sent him.

Signed,
A regretful mom.

Reached out for help with daycare, Applied was told that my ELC worker was Celeste. Called her to find out what the process will be from here on out, and she was very rude and acted like I was bothering her by calling her. Nasty attitude. Not a good experience!

The PNP program is very rigorous and intense! However, the curriculum does indeed prepare you 200% for what’s to come following graduation and passing the Nclex. Now that I am licensed and working, I def know that I made a great choice by choosing this school. I was class president of my cohort, and I would ONLY recommend this PNP program if you are self-driven, self-motivated, & highly confident in your capabilities of becoming a great Nurse!!!!

Miss Debbie in the driver's license testing center went above and beyond to help me schedule my daughters drivers exam. She informed me the reasons why it's worth paying $100 for just the drivers exam for my daughter to take now that she's had her permit for 6 months. Debbie also provided information about their driving school and assured me that my son, who is 18, just got his permit, but has little to no interest in practicing with me. He is also a ball of anxiety and a high functioning kid with aspergers. She let me know that one of their ready road instructors has worked with children like my son and that they always have a positive experience. It made me feel comfortable that her instructor is attentive, skilled and well trained to provide these services to my son, buy successfully helping others like him achieve the goal of getting their license and being confident. She explained that the drivers exam is much more laid back taking it there, informed me fully if what to expect, clearly advised me of a change due to the DMV in my daughter appointment. Very attentive and prideful in providing this info just over the phone. Never did I feel I was a nuisance or bother. She tool the time and went above and beyond what I could have asked for. I will be paying the extra money to sign my son up for the driving lessons, and also the additional resourcesces provided, if needed. Like the additional parallel parking program. I love that she let us know we are welcome to go over and practice the parallel parking anytime, even when the center is open. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Miss Debbie at the drivers exam and lesson/school at CCIU. Very convenient and helpful. Thanks so much!!!!

The CCIU has some amazing people working there, therapists, teachers, etc. who have helped my son immensely over the years. As in any profession, some are better than others and you need to find a good fit for your family. At age 3, my son was bitten several times by a 4 yr old and the school didn't notify me, made light of it, etc. That was our worst experience and we moved our son to a different CCIU preschool. He is now at the Learning Center and doing well. All of the students are working on different skills socially, emotionally, behaviorally and the staff are very patient.
