Responsiveness - slow, lots of missed communications, hard to get a response and action. Difficult to convey what we perceive to be simple requests, change an image, update the site in some way. Getting the site stood up required us to chase Chilie Media and do multiple cycles on the same topics repeatedly. The experience has not changed with the simple changes requested since then.

Highly recommend Chile Media!! Originally tried ordering/customizing Yetis online, however, they were unable able to complete the order… said our graphic was to detailed for them to engrave.
