the only reason it didnt get a 5 was because 1. NO SHADE.. No shady trees. best believe on a summer day ur walking back to your car all hot and unbearable after shopping. "property owner" dont even bother putting up no loitering signs. aint tryna kick it there anyways..very convenient to an arco if u like 7-11 instead for ur good stuff. and if ur an auto zone guy and ur partner is an o'reilly s bam problem solved.

This is a small outdoor mall, however it has a few really good stores which I frequent. Great Jack in the box which actually has lower prices than others in Chino Hills, Quality Plus computers is the best computer repair shop around the neighborhood, and manna donuts is always good. Great assortment of donuts, and good coffee.

They also have a 7-Eleven and a 99 cents store, so this mall has some nice shops. The parking lot could be improved some, but definitely worth coming to.

Just Okay. Lots of lazy people who just leave their shopping buggys all around instead of taking the to the cart holder.
Theres a Discount Grocery & a 99+ store. Smaller shops with various services. Theres a great Mexican Market, kinda pricey, but they have fresh meat counter or you can buy plates pre made. Salsas are good, nice staff.

The Manna Donuts is owned by a family in Chino Hills. This particular location has a bunch of breakfast options on top of donuts and drinks. The center has a 99 Cents store and a Grocery Bargan Market around the corner. There seems to be some small businesses close to the Manna Donuts.

I've lived in this area for 30 years and not once have I had a negative experience with any owner or employee of any business that is within shopping center accept the jack in the box has been a thorn in my side a few times tbh.
