Very nice staff, for picking up a load,all you need is clean your trailer, they have brooms & dumpsters in front of Shipping office, the loading was fast and smooth,
42k lbs was loaded in a half hour,

Not a bad place to get loaded. They have a pop machine right inside and doesn’t take long to check in. Just make sure that your trailer is really clean or they will reject it. They have a place to back up to three different dumpsters with brooms and shovels and everything you need to clean out your trailer. I watched two guys who backed up next to me to clean out their trailers, or I guess what they thought was clean. It was obvious they weren’t clean enough, but they must’ve been in a hurry so they backed in and were rejected which helped me out because it bumped me up in line. I was able to back right up to the dock and get loaded and out of there quick. They don’t take long to get you loaded, and they have a pretty big yard if you do need to wait or if you get there early and need to hang out for a couple hours and sleep with plenty of spaces. The ladies upfront are nice, and the gentleman that loaded me was easy to work with and had me out of there quick. Definitely won’t mind coming back here again to get loaded.

Was told trailer was rejected because we could not slide trailer tandems. Driver used some grease and got them to slide. Took 10 minutes but they still wouldn't load us because they said once they say rejected they can't go back on that. This place cost us an entire day and 500 miles. Do not load here!!!!

Two stars because the guy at the desk was simple, nice and straight forward.
However the lady they have at dock is hellbent on something in her life. Yelling demands from dock. Yelling in the parking lot. Then loaded the truck with anger and spite. Slamming pallets in so rough it gave me a headache. I've had more gentle bull rides..haha have a good day lady

They rejected my 2022 Trailer just for a small old dry stain on floor we drove 400 miles empty from CO we request them many time .ladies working inside were super Rude now we have no choice to drive to drive 200 miles more empty to salt lake and by the way this is not a floor load it’s on pallets

They rejected my trailer even though it was spotless, don't just sweep your trailer, leaf blow it, not once but three times. Waste of time. When I worked with refer trailers it wasn't even this bad. If I could I would've walked off after the first time. Took them 2 hours just to tell me it wasn't clean enough lol. If they tell me its still not clean I’ll just drive and find another load.
