When we were re-locating to Florida and trying to find a rental, Tony was amazing in assisting us in the difficult process. He found us a great place and even got us a reduction on rent! Other agents told us it would be difficult to rent since we both left our jobs after selling our house and to not rent and just buy another house which we didn't want to do before getting to know the neigborhoods. Tony L Smith is the worst real estate agent i have ever deal with, he lied whenever you ask him a question he doesn't know the answer, i had an accepted contract to purchase a property that all he did was just sent the contract to the buyer, he was supposed to verify the hoa fees but he lied to me.
at closing i found out the hoe fee was a lot more than he told me. when i try to get out out of the contract he text me threat messages telling me that a was doing something illegal. Tony L smith PA buyer's worst nightmare. don't buy from this realtor. he does not deserve to have realtor license.
