Carolyn was amazing. She made it feel comfortable and easy, and with 2 kids, that is an accomplishment. She captured some great, REAL, moments, not just a bunch of poses and fake smiles. It was a fun session, my son enjoyed showing off for her, and several of the photos she took in one session are on our photo wall and in frames throughout the house. I love looking at them and sharing them. Highly recommend.

We were fortunate enough to work with Carolyn for a short, 30-minute mini session, and it was such a pleasure having our family photos taken by her. Carolyn’s energy and enthusiasm were infectious and my kids had a great time posing for her and doing various jumps, leaps and ‘stunts’! The session itself was quick and easy and Carolyn came up with some really fun, creative backdrops for our family photos. The finished product was delivered within the timeframe she specified and the photos were even better than we could have imagined; gorgeously shot photos that captured our family (individually and together) perfectly. Carolyn did a great shoot for our holiday card, in October 2020! First off, she kindly rescheduled our initial shoot date because that day had unhealthy air quality. The shoot itself was fun and efficient- she's good at picking good angles/views, and also good at getting the attention of our baby! The resulting pictures were all fantastic, and she offers a variety of packages/prices. We strongly recommend her!

Carolyn has a true gift for photographing people! The session itself feels incredibly natural and fun (even for restless kiddos) and Carolyn manages to keep you engaged and relaxed while she works her magic. The end product is truly special. We ended up with a wonderful variety of photos that look authentically like us and not overly staged at all, but us at our best. She captured what our family "feels" like at this stage and every photo brought a smile to my face. We just had a baby June 2020 and while I really wanted indoor newborn photos in our home with Carolyn, because COVID, we decided to wait until later in the year to be able to take outdoor family photos and I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS!

Carolyn was so patient and understanding scheduling our family session. It took months to get a date narrowed down for various reasons but once we met outdoors and in person, all the stars aligned and we had a fantastic time running around and taking photos with our then 2 years 9 months old and 3 month old.

Being a toddler is tough and Carolyn knew exactly how to communicate and interact with our son so that his curiosity, happiness and energy shined in photos. Our 3 month old, totally confused for most of the time, literally stared at the camera non-stop wondering what was happening. It was fantastic. We got a good variety of solo photos of our kids and family photos that we'll cherish forever.

I appreciate Carolyn's positive energy, I love her photo style, and she really makes the whole experience painless from beginning to end. So thankful to have these photos forever. They're only little once!!
