I am writing in regards to my recent experience with Clicks & Clients and more specifically my experience with Jermaine Kelly who is overseeing our account and campaign. Having been involved in many businesses ventures over the last 30+ years including my role as C.E.O of a publicly traded company, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of companies from Big 5 accounting firms, to International Law firms and everything in between. I can honestly say that in that time I have never had a better experience then the one I have had over the last several months working with Clicks & Clients and Jermaine to launch our National Marketing Campaign. This launch was challenging to say the least as it involved a totally untested offering in a new technology in a very challenging and competitive environment. Jermaine's Marketing Knowledge, Project Management skills and Commitment to our campaign have made the campaign very successful. Lastly I will say that Jermaine was always willing to go above and beyond to insure our success. From some extra projects I know he did after returning home to incredible responsiveness on weekends when we run our events. I don't believe such a challenging undertaking could have been successful in the time frame that it was with a lesser company and a less dedicated representative.

This is the worst company around. Avoid them at all cost. I hired them for about six months. They had so many errors on my Adword campaign that I was paying six times as much for conversions than I am now with another company. They also did nothing to improve my quality score so I was paying a lot more for my ads than I should have been. Beware of this Company.
