I took my truck today to get washed and I asked for the hand wash service that was $69.99 and they charged me to wash my rubber mats for an additional $20. I paid about $100 for them to leave my truck still wet. I have a bed cover and that was full of water and they didn’t even dry it I had to tell them to do it. Also there was a lot of water dripping all over my truck and water spot and the guy that washed my truck was going to hand me my truck looking like it never was dried. The interior of my truck was still dirty and they never took the time to wipe it down the side. I was pissed because I just paid all this money and my truck was still wet and the back by my window was still dirty with dirt, that I ended up drying my own truck and Wiping down the in side. A manager never came to talk to me nor was I offer my money back for the crappy work that was done. I have heard really bad things about cobblestone car wash and now I see why. They are overpriced for their Washes for the crappy work that they do. Never again will I come to this place nor recommend anybody to go there either. We have been taking our cars to a car wash on Dobson and University that hand wash your car and they do an amazing job and charge you half the price. Came here, cause it was closer to home but never again. Cobblestone you need to reevaluate your prices and the people that washes your cars, because you guys have terrible reviews.

I had an amazing experience at Cobblestone Auto Spa! The level of service I received was truly exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist from the moment I arrived. The car wash and detailing services were outstanding, leaving my vehicle looking spotless and refreshed. Just left and as I turn the corner the action figure I had on my dashboard for years broke in two. I flip around to say something and all I got was hey next time tell us to be careful like are you kidding me. Regardless of how significant it is at least tell me hey we broke it by accident, don't let me drive off hope I don't notice and hell couldn't have offer me a free detail carwash instead my bad ill talk to my team knowing you won't. Horrible customer services. (Update) 8/5 since I posted and they responded I email and have yet to hear back from them great customer services....

Normally they give you some kind of hand signal to put your car in neutral. I usually visit this location 2 times a month, my last visit the flag guy, never signaled me he just put the sign down, never sprayed the front and rear of my car so the routine was different than I was used to. Well needless to say I was a little late on putting my car in neutral. The attendant started yelling and came and banged on my window yelling at me that I need to put my car in neutral, mind you I’ve had this service for over a year. I’m guessing he hit the emergency shut off button. So my car was left with soap all over it. After being traumatized by this employee, I refuse to visit this location.
I’m a car person, I own multiple cars and a vintage car. I think I know how to go through a car was. This is the first time I was treated this way. Once is enough.

(Update I had not been back until today, because of my experience, they took care of the wash I did today. They say they're hiring new detailers. We shall see. I'm uping my review for the customer service I received today 8.02.23)

220 to detail the interior. They just wiped the plastic half heartly and vacuumed. I'd be embarrassed if this was my detail shop. I'm an auto dealer and thought I could get a car done, while my detailer was out sick.

Lesson learned.

Just pay for the regular wash and it will look the same as their "detail"

Plus I spent 30 bucks to Uber home and back to pick it up.

You guys are robbing customers if that is your end product.

I normally don’t do reviews, but Kevin the car wash manager deserves one!! I was trying to get service on my car at Kia when they found something had sadly died under the hood. I took it to this location to see if they could help me. I know NO ONE wants this job, but Kevin found the problem and took care of it out of the kindness of his heart. I appreciate you and will be there for any future detail needs!

Very disappointed in the car wash/detail service and the customer service at this location. I tried reaching out through phone and email to see if I could get a refund but heard nothing back.
I have the unlimited premium membership (the highest you can buy) and usually go to a different location. When I pulled up to this southern and Higley location the sales person/person who checks me in was relentless and convinced me to spend $70 extra on top of what I already pay to get my leather seats as well as my interior cup holders and dashboards to be cleaned and protected. I was in a hurry and everything looked shiny so I drove off. I should have checked they did the job I paid them to do because after I was able to take a look my interior I was shocked with how horribly it was done. The floors weren’t vacuumed well and I paid to have my seats cleaned, but they definitely weren’t. They had just sprayed their shiny stuff on them but crumbs were still stuck in sone areas of the seat. Also, my cup holders and interior weren’t even wiped down. I even found trash left in there. You would think they’d at least try to make it look like it was cleaned out. Here are my pictures.

If you go to this location double check the details. I paid $70 extra and got nothing to show for it.
