Easy to talk to. Just a few e-mails and everything is settled. I didn’t even have to drop by the shop. I just uploaded the design, they printed it and sent it to the address I gave and then I just paid for it online too. So convenient. The brochure was great. I’ve used Color Images for so many different projects over the last five years. Each time they’ve nailed it and been so easy to communicate with!

They are not the brightest bulbs in the box.

So as other customers have noted - you should not use this service if you are not familiar with technical details like numbers of pixels, etc.

I am not familiar with this stuff, so I have no idea what file size is needed to print on a specific size of paper for example.

They hand me my print job of 15 items.
They are completely illegible and cannot be used.

I asked them why they looked so bad. They proceed to tell me it's the wrong file size.

So I ask the guy, if you saw it was the wrong file size on the first print, why would you print 14 more ?!

It was like talking to a brick wall. All I could do was laugh.
For a few dollars more it's better to use a place where their IQ is something higher than double digits.

If you are a technical person, then I'm sure this place is great. As long as they don't have to think, they can press the buttons and get your job done. If they see something wrong, they will simply continue printing and not notify you or think to stop the job.

I have always had a great experience with Color Image Copy and Print. Their printing services, customer assistance, accuracy in graphics, and color tone are perfect.

I have been printing my visiting cards, banners, postcards, and other photo prints here for the last 7-8 years. Staff member Rachel is kind, helpful, and quick in providing the best possible service.

These guys are so quick and really really really good with what they do!!! I am very happy with the service and the staff is very kind. Definitely go in here knowing what you want and how it needs to be done as you are at the behest of the employee's skill set who happens to help you...with widely varying results. They have great prices and generally fast service. I have used them on 3 occasions for 3 different kinds of projects and out of the three, business cards, it was a total fail. The others were flawless all around.

I haven't gone back yet to see if they can help me out / find out what went wrong with the cards ... will update review accordingly.
