Com pair provides great and consistent WiFi. We have had a great experience with them so far. When you call during business hours an actual human answers!

We upgraded to a new plan, which provides faster service. They reached out to me (I believe the man who called me was Roger) and asked if I was interested in this new offering, and that my monthly rate would not change. All I would have to do was pay for the equipment upgrade. Since I work from home I was OK with that. They came out the same day and Paul the technician got to work and installed our new equipment.

We never have outages. Even when the power goes out, we just plug our router into our generator and we still have Wi-Fi with no issues from home. They now offer service in Redding as well. I just so happened to live in a more rural area however it’s nice to know that people in the city can get this service too!

Super shotty service, I never have the upload speed that I pay for since I am on an overloaded system. I pay $120 per month. It's sad but I might have to switch to starlink and I encourage anyone living in Trinity County to do the same before your paying for services unrendered! Get it together Compair shotty internet!
