DOMINIC is top notch and will be the only detail of my review. 360 is great, and I’m happy with them, no disrespect. Being in a sales field I can tell you he is EXACTLY the type of rep you want to duplicate. First I wanted the product but wasn’t ready and wasn’t sure what the right service to add to my business would be best to meet my goals. He allowed me to be a part of the conversation instead of the BS hard sales everyone wants to train that literally every human consumer HATES. He paused his pitch when appropriate, listened, asked questions and focused on meeting my expectations instead of trying to “sell”. He informed me on everything I wanted to know and got back to me with answers when he didn’t have them and MOST IMPORTANTLY he NEVER missed a follow up even when my hectic schedule and my own financial guidelines meant he would have to wait to close the deal.
