Nice court house, but predatory practices in order to increase county tax revenues. Not what bill sims would have wanted. Not to mention that it begs to differ where or not Texas Transportation Code § 720.002 was violated.

Everything is as it should be. On this visit I met with Judge Spoonts, the Justice of the Peace for Concho County, Texas. He is always available and he is strict but very reasonable. He maintains professionalism and fairness above all else.

I haven't had reason to meet with the County Judge but I hear good things.

What can I say about the County and District Clerk, Phyllis Lovell. She runs a well oiled machine. She is the brains behind this outfit. If you need anything, ask her.
