Conejo deals is the best place to find great deals for the high level of care! We were approached by conejo deals right around Covid time. As a medical practice we never worked with a third party discount company and we were skeptical. Since it was a challenging time and we already were offering discounts for our patients, we decided to try them to offer discounts to more people and that was a great decision. At conejo deals, Rob meets the business owners and always make himself available to answer any question or concern. What we like the best is unlike other similar companies out there, you can easily get a hold of a real person that cares about you and your business and once you start working with them they are always one phone call or text away. We highly recommend conejo deals and Rob to all customers and businesses in the area. We recently worked with them again because of that great experience and the trust we have in them.

Used to love the site but my opinion has changed recently.. I purchased a deal for a local restaurant and some time had passed, so I received an email from Conejo Deals reminding me that it expired on dec 18 and not to forget to use it. I waited for the weekend(dec 16) and was going to use it.. i went to the "my orders" page to print out the coupon.. that page also indicated that the expiration date was dec 18... when I printed out the deal, the expiration date was actually dec 15. I called the restaurant and they refused to honor the deal.. I get it because it was not their fault, it was Conejo deals'. I emailed Conejo Deals the situation and they refused to right their mistake.. they quoted their return policy and said they would not refund me the money.. I am sad to say that when a company does not right their wrong it truly disturbs me.. Bye bye Conejo Deals. Good luck to you and your horrendous business practices..

I had a problem with Simi Deals and dealt with Summer Johns. She had an attitude right from the beginning when I tried to explain the issue that I had regarding a certificate that I purchased. Since the company already called her she felt that she already knew what happened and wouldn't let me tell her my side of the story. She kept on interrupting me and wouldn't even give me the time of day to explain the situation. She said she had a meeting in 4 minutes and needed to go. I felt like I wasn't listened to and I and was not appreciated as a customer.
