Buyer Beware

Two years ago, I made a substantial purchase from Conley Graphics in Searcy, Arkansas, expecting high-quality products that would stand the test of time. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.

As you can see in the attached pictures, the lettering on the products is cracking and turning black. After consulting with several other companies, I learned that this issue is not due to mold, dirt, or algae, but rather the result of cheap laminate being used. Essentially, I was given the cheapest materials available, despite paying a premium price.

When I reached out to Conley Graphics to address this issue, I was met with a complete lack of willingness to correct the problem. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive.

Before considering a large purchase from Conley Graphics, think carefully about the quality of the product you are receiving and how long it will last. Additionally, be aware of the company's reluctance to stand by their products and address customer concerns.

I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend Conley Graphics based on my experience.

Conley is always Johnny on the spot when it comes to filling my requests. I can't remember how many time The Veteran's Benefits Center has used them, but they are the ones we rely on to get it done. The employees are always helpful and friendly, even when I don't know what I want they help me through until we have the BEST item possible.
