We ordered the half Greek salad (huge pieces of lettuce and tasteless), meatballs (with sauce on the side, thank God! Because otherwise they would have drowned), and naked wings (all drumettes and half were burned while the other half were overcooked). When my husband called to notify the management of the substandard quality, they hung up on him claiming they didn’t have time for a ā€œpassive aggressiveā€ client after he said he wasn’t interested a refund! What? The establishment doesn’t want to know how to improve? Okay. We won’t be ordering again which is unfortunate because we really would like to see them succeed. Oh well

This place is a gem. I used to frequent Craig O's throughout high school and College and recently moved around the corner to the location off of S I35 and went in to grab some lunch, and it did not disappoint.

$13.99 for a Full Meatball Sub, a delicious salad, and a drink? You can't beat it.

Everything was delicious but the bread on that sub was fantastic, On most meatball subs the bread is either too hard and shreds your mouth or soft and soggy, but this was neither it was perfect.

Love to see that this place is still pumping out great food!

Will probably be back tomorrow for another one.

After ordering a well done pizza twice and receiving two raw gooey, doughy pizzas we will never order from them again. When did sub quality food and service become the norm in Austin? My roommate was made sick the first time we ordered. I didn't eat any. The second time, since I believe in second chances, we received the same garbage uncooked pizza with all the toppings thrown in the center. It took rearranging the toppings and putting it in the oven at 350°for 20 minutes for it to be cooked and edible. We're not giving them a third chance to give us food poisoning. Eat at your own risk šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼

*Update* Management responded to my review. No, I will not contact them. I don't care what they have to say. After requesting well done pizzas twice and have them completely ignore the requests to send gooey shitty product. Apparently if you order from a delivery app they don't give a shit about the quality. If they don't have to look you in the eye they don't care about your food. Management could offer me free pizza for life and I would never visit Craig-O's pizza again.

ā€œpizza-toppings-on-a-crackerā€.

On the website the crust looks thicker, so when I got home with my pizza I thought it was mistake that they made thin-crust, so I called to order a 2nd pizza and ask them make sure it was NOT thin crust (ā€œhand-tossed or pan crustā€) because that thin crust is not enough food for us, but they said they only offer 1 crust option (this thin one, I guess), they said they don’t make a thicker crust. But on the website it does look thicker, so it doesn’t really make sense to me… It does taste good, seems like good ingredients, but the ā€œcracker-crustā€ was too hard and crumbly and not just enough feed us. So because of that, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again, Big bummer!
Why not make a thicker option and even charge a bit more? Is it worth not to, and lose customers that don’t like pizza-toppings-on-a-crackerā€

Nearby pizza spot. Sign me up! 2mins away. Oh, and they have a variety of food options.

I tried the Italian-style antipasto which had all the Italian meats in it which was so delicious and the kitchen-made homemade dressing! ā€œShout out to the chefsā€ but haven’t got to the best part yet Spicy spinach dip I have never had spicy before and with the garlic bread, it was a must-have again. Also, must-have NY cheesecake 10/10.

Everything was great this will be my weekly new pizza place for the family. Nice place to just chill and enjoy some pizza.

Q was so kind and friendly with great customer service and helpful with food choices.

This CraigOs is not it. Just moved to the south area and was excited to have one close still. Our first order from them was absolutely horrible in quality. Lakeway and mopac locations are great. Never had a problem. But this was just awful. Wings were just swimming in so much sauce they were soggy and the spaghetti and meatballs didn’t even have a taste. Really nice wait staff tho.

Pizza here has taken a gone down hill. Ordered a three meat and specifically did not check the thin crust or extra crispy boxes as we wanted a NY style crust. Pizza came as other shows with a thin crispy crust. In the past they made a NY crust that was thicker and better. My guess is they cut back in the amount of dough to save money.

TLDR: A solid pizza with a crispy crust and ample toppings. Hook up some cheese across the toppings at the end of the make before the oven.

It’s been a struggle to find decent zah out near The Goodnight in SE ATX. Aviator is my go-to but it’s decently far away. Papa J’s is garbage and Dominos is aight. CraigO’s is about 2.3 miles from my front door, and I have had good food at other locations in the distant past. Ordered a large Capitol at 6:43pm. Arrived at 7:10pm. Paid $34.18.

At first I thought ā€œuh oh, might be a bit underā€, but turned out to perfect on the crust. Tons of toppings and sliced well. As I said above, if they would have thrown some cheese on it after the toppings went on and before the bake it would have been perfect šŸ‘Œ. Next time I’ll go pick it up. $9 bucks in delivery fees, service fees and tip is steep when 2.3 miles away.
