CMM is one of the best PR agencies I have ever worked with, and let me tell you - I've worked in and with many agencies over the years. The majority of their client roster has stayed with them for many years for obvious reasons. They are true partners and an extension of our business. Our account team really understands what drives the bottom line, and every team member is zeroed in and plays a specific role. The only challenge in working with them is keeping up with all the interviews because of how many opportunities they generate (great problem to have)!

Concerning Employment, It's a Women's Beauty PR Company. The women are extremely nice, sweet, and diligent.
Naomi, who will be delegating your duties and approving your payroll checks. She is sweet, patient, and kind. They have a well spoken intelligent marketing team.
It was a smooth stressless several weeks working there.

All your marketing needs will be done with haste and accuracy. That's their promise but unfortunately it will never see the light of day. They are aggressively pursuing new clients with the sacrifice of the ones they've already got. They are doing their job fast, but the results are mediocre and sometimes poor. That is far from what they've promised during the initial meeting.

I do not believe this company is a place to stay long term (more than 1-2 years) for new employees. They have terrible onboarding process, and they have little to nonexistent trainings. I do not believe this company is a place to ever aspire to grow your career. If you are an individual with any level of experience elsewhere, I would strongly recommend that you explore other options.
