This is a new website. I like the design and the people I have had contact with. I believe the site is going to do well for me? They have been very responsive to my calls and concerns, pleasant to work with. Positive feed back on my concerns and objectives. I am not a tech person and I appreciate the fact they have and will continue to help my site be successful!
I would recommend them to anyone wanting a serious website built and managed.
The last company that I tried did not do well and they where a national company who just didn't seem to know what SEO was suppose to do?

Great customer service that helped our small business every step of the way for a very modest mailing job. From getting a quote, to working with us on our mailing list, to getting our postcard mailed - we were in good hands. Contracted Creative Pro with a rush request to create a new logo for our 220th Anniversary to put on our website and to use in marketing materials. As the newly appointed editor for a long-established community quarterly, and someone who had come back to editorial work after a long hiatus, I was feeling a little rusty and unsure of my own skills. Creative Characters boasts fast, friendly, and helpful service. The owners are wonderful to work with and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Our team used them to create syllabi for a group of almost 300 students and we have not heard a complaint from anyone. We even made a subsequent smaller order after our initial large one and it was delivered (to our pleasant surprise) the same day! You cannot go wrong with Creative Characters!
