We had a great experience using Bruce for a new home theater! He is very responsive, cost conscious, and looked out for our best interests. Even when we faced delays that were out of his control, Bruce thought up a solution in time so we could watch a critical football game at the end of the college football season. Bruce came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint! He listened to what i wanted and went over and above to provide an entertainment system that exceeded my expectations!
