Really impressed with the customer service experience in the service department. The video multi-point inspection makes things very clearly understood that either need attention or pass. Mason and technician Alex were extremely thorough in addressing an issue with an evaporative solenoid valve. I feel confident bringing my Crosstrek to this dealership for service. 5 Stars!

The car salesman Daniel was very helpful. The man in the finance department was very nice. Was telling me how nice the car was that I was about to purchase.
I didn’t get a chance to meet the manager, but Daniel the Sales men was going back-and-forth with his manager. They both did their best to make sure the sale went smoothly.. if I had to do it all over again, I would go back. Customer service is great.

Called to schedule an inspect for an issue i’m having. and wasn’t sure if it was covered by warranty. They wanted to charge $250 just to look at the car, and would waive it if it was under warranty. But I wouldn’t know if it was covered until after it was in the shop. This is not the first time I have been way way over quoted by this dealer. Maybe sales is good but avoid maintenance like the plague. Plenty of good mechanics in the area that aren’t looking to rip you off.

This place can and will overcharge you for everything and find things to fix that aren't broken. Went in to have them look at my brother's subaru for the Maf sensor that Subaru of Salt Lake City already diagnosed. They opted to scam my brother to replace an O2 sensor that had a small amount of oil on it instead... But seriously $600 for an alternator harness for a broken ground? Stay away from this place for service at all costs!
