Started out good. But then they started changing my schedule due to my getting sick I went from 40 hrs a week to 1 hour a week. 10 an hour is bad pay. The incentive program is a joke. Suggestions made are ignored and management is a joke. Do not waste your time

If you are the type of person that needs to make money to pay bills this is not the place for you because they'll tell you, you can make money but your base pay will only be $8 and you'll have unrealistic sales goals you have to meet. The staff are not on the same page and your hours will suffer because of favoritism. They'll tell you one thing and completely do the opposite of it. It is not worth your wasted time because they will find a way to fire you out from under you.

Pretty much the bottom of the barrel of call centers. $10 an hour when the center across the street pays $17. Don’t waste your time.

Call center that requires employees (prospective employees) to wear shared headsets! When I requested to be allowed to purchase my own personal headset I was told I "didn't fit in" with their work culture. ICK!

Crooks!!!!! Worst management I've ever seen. No communication, everyone that's been there 20 years don't have rules. Most fabricated lie of a Company in our area...its a shame.

Turns out Dial America will hire you wearing pajamas but if you have unnatural hair color you can't make 9 dollars an hour selling magazines.
