I received a call from Jarrod a few months ago. He was very nice and knowledgeable about
the toners that I use in my office. I am very hesitant to use off brand toners in our copiers
at work. We have approximately 10 printers within our practice, so I am always looking for the
best price. Digital Dolphin has the best pricing I have seen in a long time. The office staff are very pleased with how well these toners work and the print quality is exceptional. I couldn’t be happier.

He understands, probably from the loud background noises, that we are a VERY busy dental office so he is always courteous to keep the order conversation brief and to the point when the time calls for it!

We have been using Digital Dolphin close to a year now, Jay is always so kind, diligent, helpful and gets things done in a timely manner. He always calls our office to remind me that it's time to place an order I'm so thankful for him doing that for me because we never run out of ink. The products are great just like any big company and if there's any issue Jay makes sure he makes it right without you having to ask. I'm glad that our office made the change to Digital Dolphin and I would say that you should too. Jay will not disappoint with his excellent customer service.

This company has been really great to work with. Tommy S. is my go to guy when I am in a pinch and need a new drum quickly or even if I've had an issue, he is quick to fix it. Our Dental office, in Tennessee, has been working with them for about 3 years now and will continue to do so. Thanks for the M&M's too!!
