We have worked with Digital Guidance and Jeff for several years now for the upkeep and management of our institution's Macbooks. Jeff and the team have been a joy to work with. They are patient and well as kind and take the time to explain things well. When we needed a new computer that could better support our video-editing needs, Jeff gave us recommendations for what we should order. We followed them, and we're extremely happy with the video computer. They have helped us through various hiccups and issues, as well as kept a good watch on our computers to help us avoid problems. Ryan has been our IT professional since 2017. He is very knowledgeable about our equipment from managing the network to maintaining iPads, laptops, printers, copiers, projectors, etc. Ryan is very intuitive and thinks outside the box.
