I’ve used their service for over a year as I’m on a contract. Very poor customer service. The “reports” that they give you on their ads is simply 4 words with numbers. It just says “Google impressions” with their stated number of impressions along with “Facebook impressions” with another number. There are no analytics of who is seeing your ad or anything like that. The ads that they write for you are complete garbage and done by the laziest member of the team I assume as there is no thought put into any part of it. Kristi, the “design manager” is useless, so you pretty much have to do everything yourself. Create your own ad and give it to them. My newest ad apparently was rejected by Facebook so instead of doing something to fix the situation or finding out what needed to be changed and making any changes she just took the ad down and used a cookie cutter ad that had nothing to do with what we were trying to promote. They basically just take your money and tell you that they are working.
