I crossed paths with digital bay two years ago and at the time I was having software and access control issues with a different company.They were able to come in and upgrade me to what I needed for the day to day operations and also provide me with a software that has the capacity to scale. Jay and Brenton at Digital Bay are fantastic! In the past they have spent literally hours with me teaching me how to work our phone systems at work in order to help us be a little more independent with managing the smaller things.

Yesterday I submitted a ticket to get help with setting my phone up in my home office. Jay called me within minutes and set me up with the supplies I needed (even met me after hours) and instructed me on how to set up my phone at home. With his help I had my phone set up through my home router within 10 minutes! 10/10 would recommend!
