They've recently taken over the apartment complex we live in and seem to be on top of getting this junkyard in better shape. A lot of things being replaced and fixed but there is so much inside the apartments that need major attention, most tenants here are more worried about hat than how beautiful the grounds are. Fix the living conditions then worry about making the grounds perfect. The drive/road should have been #1 as far as fixing p the grounds go. Tons of reviews on Grande Pointe Apartments page talk about people knocking their cars out of alignment and/or balance because of all the holes. Worst road ever. These guys have done more for this complex in a few weeks than the previous owners did in years. Sad. Previous owners were nothing short of slumlords!!!
