Be very careful when doing business with this company. We ordered some prints from them and paid with a credit card. They then sent an invoice still showing an amount due and not knowing my boss had paid the bill with his credit card I entered the bill and paid it with a check. The check was mailed, received by the other company, and cashed!! They never called to say they had a duplicate payment. When I reviewed our CC statement I saw the charge I recalled cutting a check for. I called once and was told someone would call me back, no one did. Called again, same thing. Called a third time and was told the owner was on vacation for Thanksgiving but they would get a message to him to have him call me, he never called. I called this morning for a 4th time and still never talked to the owner. The gentleman on the phone, Chris, said he'd get the owner to write us a check, well see if that ever happens.
