Disgusting service, ridiculous charge, they charged me $70 dollars a month one line no cellular data, just a phone number, then I realized the next month they charge me over $120. I called in the shop and they told me that they made a mistake because they thought I wanted some other extra services which I didn’t even know about and when I asked for a refund because I didn’t even know I had the service because I didn’t ask for it they said we apologize for the inconvenience and it’s our fault. We charged you extra but there is nothing we can do about it. Absolutely disgusting not recommended a scam and very expensive.

Staff was incredibly rude. Doesn’t do any work. I called in last week for them to downgrade my plan and they said OK and hung up on me when I didn’t even finish my sentence and then they didn’t do their work today. I found out that my charge is still at the same price it is very expensive not recommended because it is more than what you can afford for sure I am canceling this service today.

They won't recommend the most suitable package. If you say you don't have enough traffic, they will let you buy a traffic package. 40 one month card, plus a traffic package of 20 💲， Not enough for 10 days yet 🤣 Then she argued with her, and she said she had unlimited traffic for 55 months... So the service is getting worse and worse. Why go to her house even if you suffer a loss, and decisively switch to the next door? It's not just one, busy doesn't mean professional service.

Be away from them. I asked them before to see if they can downgrade my current plan and they said no, they don’t even ask what mobile company and plan I have, they just say no, so rude. I think it’s because they don’t get anything for downgrade my plan that why they refuse it. Finally I found another store near welcome food center, those people are so nice and provide very good service, they helped me to get a new plan.

Quite a contrast between the 1 star review and the 5 star review. My experience has been a mixture. While one of the employee there is somewhat short patience who no longer works there, the owner is very nice, going the extra miles to help me get my issue resolved that is not even their problem, but the phone service provider. They do very good job on phone repair and have inexpensive monthly plans. They also sell both phones and accessory. Very honest people. I will be going back again.

Horrible service. I just moved to Texas with my mom during the epidemic. I was told I can purchase the SIM card for $70 and refund it if I don’t use it. Since many store closed during epidemic, I fear they’ll shutdown anytime so I purchased out of panic. As it turns out my mom was unable to operate the iPhone I bought for her, so I had to asked for refund. The sales lady refuse to honor their words to refund my purchase. What a terrible way to ripped people off during epidemic when everyone is low in cash. They have no empathy for seniors and they don’t honored what they say. Don’t buy from this store.

Don’t come here!!! They r a fraud place. They replace my screen with a fake one. And repaired my comers lens without telling me, so I had to pay $100.
Really, go to Apple. They also messed up one of my phone charge and I had to change phone number.
Everyone here is just trying to cheat for money.
