I owe my entire company store to Danielle. She has been such a treat to work with! I know things haven't been super smooth sailing on my end. She has been able to pivot and put up with every random request I have given her. I couldn't have made this such a smooth operation for our employees with out her. Ordered several items, all with different vendors that they use. Had a major discrepancy in sizing with a $37 warm up jersey that was extremely small. I called and spoke with Diane who stated that all the items were available to try on, however, the staff working at the time was only aware of shorts and jerseys when we were there and not a warm-up to try on. Diane was argumentative, condescending, and offered no apologies or alternatives because, "then we wouldn't make any money". I understand sizes and vendors and not offering refunds, however, that's not what I wanted. Just hoping Diane perhaps can at least validate a customers concerns in the future and realize how detrimental poor customer service can be to even the best of businesses anywhere.
