Consumer beware service department at this facility has done numerous repairs to my truck. Under my warranty, those repairs have failed numerous times When I have addressed these issues with the service department.
They, don't give a s*** about you. All they care about is being able to charge Chrysler money to repair your vehicle. I bought a 2019 Dodge ram diesel 3500 This truck has been a nightmare. With the service department from this facility
I'm getting ready to sell this truck and buy a brand new Ford because Chrysler products.
And their warranty. Are Horrible The service department is the worst that I have dealt with in my 57 years. Buy from somebody else, do not buy from Earnhardt.They do not back their product Here are some of the warranty workmanship. They did on my truck and will not fix after they repaired it.
The major one was a brand new transmission at 6000 mile And still having issues With?
The way it shifts they installed 2015 batteries in my 2019 truck I had to replace those batteries.Which cost me four hundred dollars my Truck only has 50,800 Miles on it And the particular matter sensor has
failed which falls into emission And a warranty of 50000 miles, they will not warranty this.I say it's pathetic pathetic.Here are some pictures of their workmanship The quality of their repairs are horrible. I bought a $60000 truck and was kicked to the curb under under my warranty. I will never buy a Chrysler product again. They are the worst Again, nothing but lies from this facility.I have every single paperwork in a file that they worked in or on my truck Here are the work orders on my pictures that they say they did not work on And as for my Particulate matter sensor I have Fifty thousand eight hundred miles on my truck Eight Hundred miles over there warranty Again had trouble with this prior they did nothing about it. As per the batteries, Rick informed me that my truck was out of my 3600 3 year warranty. On the ones that you replaced during my thirty six thousand three year warranty that were two thousand fifteen batteries But here are pictures of the batteries that you installed in my truck , 3 year warranty and you guys refused to replace them They are still under Warranty Also thinking about calling 3 on your side.Getting them involve Getting them involved To expose this service department And business On what?
They do to their customers and how they treat them And I think.
It's kind of funny that I can prove the work orders And?

Saturday, the 3rd of August I arrived for my bi yearly oil change. The service attendant approached me within 3 to 4 minutes. Within five minutes I had gone inside to the service department front desk. I was pleasantly greeted by Tammy. She had already checked my CHALLENGER in for her oil change. She has been my customer service person for “FIVE “ years. Tammy is always pleasant, kind, efficient, and is very well aware of how I want my CHALLENGER handled. Her customer service is CONSISTENTLY AN A++ !!!! Tammy, thank you for your INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Before the recent service involving the replacement of the evaporator coil and the removal of the steering wheel, my vehicle had no steering issues. However, immediately after picking up my car, I noticed a new problem with the steering. Given that this issue surfaced directly after the service, and considering the steering wheel was adjusted during the repair, I believe the problem may be connected to the recent work.

I’ve brought my car in twice this year due to this ongoing issue, and both times I requested a thorough inspection. I was told I needed to pay $200 for the inspection, which I agreed to, but it feels like my concerns aren’t being taken seriously. Why aren’t you checking your previous work to ensure everything was connected correctly? Each time, I’m only offered a refund, but I don’t want a refund—I want a technician to truly examine my car. This is the whole reason I came to your shop!

EDIT. Nothing has been done to rectify this issue as of 7/23/2024. I still have debt collection services for Enterprise calling me as well as family members. UNREAL.

Went in for an oil change in December of 2023, only to have them mess up my vehicle having it leak like crazy.

They put me in a rental so they could figure out what they did.

In the meantime with it in their possession one of my wheels was clearly spray painted, but was told they checked cameras and didn't see anything. See the hair stuck to the wheel? It was stuck to paint.

Fast forward to today, i get a collection letter from Enterprise, due to the fact Earnhardt, and Josh dropped the ball. Earnhardt, pay your bill. This is on you.
