Wish I knew the manager's name, she was absolutely awesome! Helped us buy additional items online at the outlet sales price and suggested great options for our upcoming Alaska cruise! Can't give a higher recommendation! The best.

EB has great field clothes and this outlet has some pretty good finds. It's clean and nicely laid out. I have noticed that prices have increased, so that a 50 or 60% discount is not making the clothes a great deal anymore, but I still find this to be a good store for buying the type of clothes I use for work. The staff is usually helpful and responsive, although on my last visit, they just stood around in a group chatting while people were waiting to check out.

I placed an order on line for hiking shoes. When I received the shoes they were to small. I called the outlet store and they assured me they would take my shoes back and give me a credit, refund my credit card or find me something that would fit me. Mike made me feel comfortable to return my shoes.
Since the outlet was having a Veterans day and Black Friday sale I ended up with so much more than I could dream of. Please check this store out. The employees are friendly and helpful. I will be back.😏

Love their hiking and winter clothes. I happen to stop at the outlets just to have some water and make a phone call and I ended buying a couple of fleeced travel pants which turn to be great during my holiday trip to Canada. They had 50 percent off so it was a great deal. I also bought a pair of gloves and an infinity scarf very warm and cozy. At the moment there was only or cashier and she was fast, patient and care.

I love their clothing line. It's nice looking, functional, and well made. However, their prices have gotten outrageous. A pair of walking shorts at 30% off are still $42 plus tax!! What is this? Brooks Brothers? I found the same quality shorts on Amazon for $25. They have killed their brand by charging so much for clothing made in Third World countries.

My spouse loves this place. Well-made clothes created from durable domestic textiles are the offerings here. The first time I took my wife here she bought a shirt. The next visit, a week later, she exited the store with five shirts. I am not sure I should take her back.

Mediocre selection and their employees like to stand around in the middle of the store gossiping. The manager forces their employees to harass customers every minute asking if they need help. After the fifth time asking if we need help I told her we’ll ask for help if we need it. When checking out the young man at the register said in a snarky tone “did we ask you enough times if you needed help today?” Made we want to walk out an leave the items I was going to buy. Ballsy coming from employees that work at a dead mall that will most likely be closing in a few years.
