Effective Signs, Thanks for the GREAT banner that you did for my sons Baseball Allstar team. Everyone at Effective Signs was polite and very helpful. Email responses and phone calls were prompt. They designed a banner that exceeded our expectations. We had the best banner at the tournament and received numerous compliments. They were able to have it ready in a few days. I highly recommend Effective Signs.

I entered into an agreement with Effective Signs for two awnings at my townhome, which I am selling, for a total of over $1300. I paid $over $900 down and was told the project would take about 2-3 weeks. After three weeks I had not heard anything and the closing was fast approaching. When I contacted the sales agent, who was all too eager to collect the $900, I was basically told her had not idea and would call me back. Never happened. I then contacted the office 2 days later, I was again told they would have to talk to the fabricator, no returned call again. The next day, I called the office again and asked to have the owner, John, call me - guess what? - NO CALL. Finally, I emailed the salesperson and told him I needed something in writing stating the work would be done by 1/28. I did receive that and the work was completed as on 1/23. I also received a prompt invoice the afternoon of 1/23 from the office, two phone calls from the owner asking for payment, an email from the salesperson asking for the payment and a phone call from the salesperson asking for the payment. All of this in less than 24 hours. Its amazing how all of the sudden their phones work when they want their money. The awnings have not even been up a day and they are literally harassing me! AND... they are asking me to pay by cc but want to charge me 4%! Sorry Johnny, you'll have to wait on the check once I've had the work checked out.
