When we stepped into this restaurant, it looked much better inside than outside. It had a lively atmosphere with colorful decor and plenty of clean seating options both indoors and outdoors. The menu was extensive, but most of it was in Spanish, so we had some trouble deciding and had to use a translator. We tried the Michelada Con Camaron (Michelada Shrimp) and really enjoyed it. It was nicely presented with well-cooked shrimp and the right amount of spices. We paired it with a Corona beer, which was a good match. For our main dishes, we ordered the Caldo De Pollo and the Enchilladas Verdes O Rojas. The enchiladas were okay,the rice and beans were good, we preferred the green sauce. However, the Caldo De Pollo was disappointing, it was just chicken and veggies in a bland broth with minimal seasoning. We should have skipped it. The tortillas served on the side were fresh and nicely presented. Overall, we had a good 4 star experience, ruined by the disappointing soup.

Most of the time I come here it's wonderful. This nice lady behind the counter always treats us great. This last visit not so much. I was charged 30.00 for 2 super burittos, carne asada. My bill says 13.50 each. (Is that even right?) They were awful and they weren't super burritos. A lot of rice and chewy carne and beans and lettuce. That's it. And to top it off I as k for light on the rice. It sucked. A bald headed guy took my order he was very nice but my order was not correct. I called to complain and someone who didn't speak English answered and was going to get someone who spoke English and put me in hold after 5 min hung up on me. When I tried calling back no answer. It wasn't even closed yet. Only 8:30pm.

Great restaurant, friendly service and comfortable atmosphere. Service not too bad, either. Had a breakfast burrito which was quite large and a horchata. It's had to get a good horchata and they nailed. Lots of good soups on the menu and lots of locale folks eating,

Breakfast Burritos was the worst I had ever eaten for my 11 yrs in California.I mean quality was good but for content burrito was almost all mashed potatoes.And each time I go into a Mexican restaurant,I am also given chips while waiting for my order.Here when I did not get,I asked for and was told to pay extra,something I have never been charged for except I was not paying attention to in the best.
But from experience I have known that what actually gets you go to a particular Mexican restaurant is sometimes the quality,or taste or brand of their chips which is sometimes very unique as most quality restaurants have their special or one in a kind in house recipes for things like chips.

I’ve came here so many times and the shrimp tacos are always good! I also always have the tripa and lengua tacos and they are delicious every time just the way I like them. I recommend the chile colorado cus it’s authentic and tastes just like how we would prepare it at home. Micheladas are very good as well and workers very nice.

Amazing food and excellent service! I love the quesabirria tacos, chile colorado, tacos de camarón, and my favorite the shrimp cocktail is super delicious!
Definitely the best place for a michelada with the secret sauce they use is a must!

I've been coming here for a while now. It's not far from where I live and I am a huge fan of the langua burrito and the carne asada tacos. Always happy with the service and the food.
