The library is in a quiet area, located next to a park and a pond across the way; and the library itself is in the same building as Elm Grove's City Hall. Walked in and asked for assistance to use the computer and printer. The librarian at the help desk was very accommodating to my needs and questions when I needed further help with the printer. The sections are divided off, tables and seats available for use, and the children's section has a play area to entertain them during their stay. It's a very welcoming library.

This library is great BUT the system they use CAFE is the worst system I have ever used. The ap is faulty and the item search doesnt work half the time. I was told by the library “ya the ap doesnt pull up all item available you need to go to the website to see that”?
The system wont let pay a fine if its below $5 online? I, all of the sudden stopped getting text messages with communication of due books or awaiting holds But I still owe the fines And I had a lost book the library tried to charge me $20 for but when I called the loaning library source they said the book was so old they were not charging me for the loss Why did Elm Grove charge me $20 on a loaned book that was lost when the loaning library charged me zero, very shady stuff. The employee kept saying he would call to het the fine amount - but a month in a half later still no info, so I called them myself and they said no charge. I had to let Elm Grove know myself of the zero charge. Its a bummer cause I LOve the place and they people but the CAFE system just isnt on point.
