Email Octopus is a straight forward email distribution platform without unnecessary 'bells and whistles' that are not needed for a community organisaton. So glad I found you!

i use them each month, if i have a query they reply quite quickly, they've also encouraged me to clean my lists by sending the ytube links how to maintain your lists. if you don't then AWS can and will suspend your account, so you may as well start cleaning your lists. to avoid this ever happening. they also told me how to optimise email storage, which saves moving into a higher plan (cost band). I'm not IT minded, so stuff needs to be spelt out simply and these guys have the patience to work with people like me.
