Fraudulent business practices. The owner lied about completing our order on time. No response to numerous attempts to contact them. The product was not delivered as promised, causing significant inconvenience. Cannot recommend this untrustworthy company.

They have a solid 5 star rating for a reason!! Ordered my Thank You business cards while on vacation here and they shipped to me in a timely manner, they communicated throughout the process, and delivered exactly what I expected!!! I am beyond frustrated with the lack of service and response from this company. August 2022 they sent our materials to the WRONG address and although we made an attempt to retrieve the package, we weren't successful. This company even used AMAZON to ship our materials, so I'm sure they were refunded properly once they informed Amazon that the package wasn't received.
Do yourself a favor and pay the extra cost to do business with a company like Staples!
