We had a very good experience working with Sarah and Ricky. I was growing frustrated with contacting most of the display companies being that you could not reach anyone by phone. Sarah was very patient and directed us to a display that fit our budget. Ricky was very efficient on his response time for the art work. I provided finalized artwork 25 days out from the date that I needed to have my backdrop in-hand, thinking that this would be plenty of time since they say a 7-business-day turnaround is standard. After purchase and submitting the artwork, I waited 9 business days before reaching out to ask about the status of the product. They reached back out but their message went to my spam folder and they didn't follow up via another method like a phone call. I reached out again a second time and they said that they have a lot of issues with their emails going to spam folders (probably should work on getting that properly configured), so I checked there and sure enough that's where it went. It was still 7 days out from the day that I needed the product but they said that now it would require a $300 rush fee (nearly 50% of the entire product cost). This company used to be reputable but is now untrustworthy and unwilling to work with customers. Buyer beware.

What a FANTASTIC experience. I decided to do a last minute trade show and I needed a display, I created my own files and I was having trouble uploading them, I reached out to their customer service and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I payed an extra fee to rush the order, and the next day I had the most beautiful display right at my door!!!
I’m a professional photographer and the quality and color of the images are very important to me, Fantastic Display did it! The display looks exactly how I had it pictured in my mind! Thank you guys... I’ll be using and recommending your services over and over!

OVERPROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED

Similar to the last review - I ordered a sign and waited for months. The original date promised was missed by several weeks. During that time I needed the sign for several planned events.

During the same period I ordered another custom printed cabinet and it was delivered within a week.

The end product was good quality as expected - this was the most expensive sign I considered at over $500. Timely execution was logically anticipated at that price point. This company has good potential but needs new management to operate in a time frame consistent with alternatives.

We made our $100.47 order which qualifies for free shipping per their website on January 7th for my local Church. Called for a status update a few days later and I was informed that it would be shipped by January 17th. On January 21th we received an email asking for an additional $87.48 for shipping cost! We are dissatisfied since they charged our credit card, provided an inaccurate shipping update, added an outrageous shipping fee on top and then failed to inform us that this item was backordered until three weeks later (January 24th). If they were honest from the beginning and informed the item was on backorder and will be excluded from their deceptive free shipping offer I would not have given them one star. I had spoken with them directly and am disappointed they do not care about customer satisfication or making this right.

I just want to share my experience with everyone.

I was very pleased with my first custom order. However, when I returned and wanted to "re-order" the same exact item, it was not clear that they wanted me to resubmit the artwork again before they would reorder it. Once I did, it just sat in "waiting for production" status for days. This was very frustrating and I probably won't order from them again, since I didn't receive the order in a timely fashion and missed my "needed by" deadline. As I write this review, it is still not in production.

Ordered a backdrop on May 23rd.
Proofs approved 8:30AM PST on May 25th.
Was told it would arrive June 9th which in itself is quite a long turnaround time, but it was an acceptable delivery date. They told me it would take 7 business days to produce which would have put it’s completion/ship date at June 3rd (accounting for Memorial Day). It’s now June 10th and the item has yet to arrive with the event it was ordered for starting today. No tracking info anymore, just “your delivery date will be updated soon”. I had spoken to someone before ordering to make sure it would arrive on time and was reassured it would. Then after ordering I was given the June 9th date which I was worried about but again reassured by someone it would arrive on time.
If it doesn’t arrive today this was a complete waste of money and I will dispute the charge with my credit card for lack of fulfillment. We are left scrambling today to find another backdrop option. Don’t recommend using this company.

My wife couldn’t be more pleased with her purchase! She ordered a table runner for her stationery vendor booth at an upcoming wedding expo. It looks perfect! I’ll add photos in a couple of weeks! It also arrived very quickly and the questions she had were answered promptly.
