The people on the dock are always helpful and professional. We got loaded very quickly. On the other hand when I arrived at the gate there was no one there and had to wait to get into the facility.

They are not careful with our packages. I was sitting on my front porch but off to the side of the door and FedEx pulls up, opens my door and just basically threw my large box on the floor. I yelled once I seen what he done but he kept going to his truck.

I understand that they are tired but, I am so thankful that my package wasn't glass.

They waste my time and energy. The day I stay home from work to receive my package they tell me “ I don’t know why nobody took it on the truck for delivery but we will send it out tomorrow” then the next day comes and they say the same thing. I have yet to receive my package and I’m about to go up there myself and give them a piece of my mind.

March 29th 2017, I got a sofa delivered the driver literally threw my package off his truck not caring that I was watching him.
I said to him , you should have another helper to help you move it"
He responded " That's not my problem I'm just a driver"
My box is damaged in areas I am truly hoping my sofa isnt, I'm renovating my home so can't check yet but will in a few days, if damaged they better pay me for my sofa etc..
I never have this problem with UPs , not happy with this driver and my call.

FedEx handled my package, an important item coming from CA to PA. The tracking information told me that the package arrived at Linwood Monday morning and would be delivered to Media by end of day Tuesday. I called Linwood to ask if they could hold the package so I could pick it up. They said they would hold the package and that it was available for pickup. I drove there and was told the opposite--that nothing was held and that since it hadn't been sorted that it was impossible for me to get the item. It was also made clear that while the employee could have gotten the item that she would not, as it was someone else's job to sort. This was a complete waste of my time. FedEx has terrible internal communication and zero customer service.
