I ordered the wrong size and the Customer Service Agent listed 4 reasons why I should NOT return the items I purchased. The agent made it seem very difficult to even return and said I would have to pay for shipping back, which is fine. Then, she said there is no guarantee they will even take it back, which is a weird thing to say. Her reply to me was "we offered you an exchange, but you declined, so it's on you." Wow, don't shop here.

This is why I will NEVER buy from Filterbuy again. The quality is so bad the filter is worthless. For what they charge you would expect a decent quality filter...this is not that. The quality control process is Non-Existent or this would have never been shipped. They resell through many retailers so exercise caution when shopping for a quality filter. The customer service is deplorable when you have a problem. Just because the name of the company is Filterbuy does not mean you should buy filters from them. A pure marketing trick!

Ordered through Amazon. Filters and box COVERED in fine fine fine powder. Similar to cement. Had to take out in driveway and blow of outside and inside of box with leaf blower. Clothes put in laundry. Worried about using filter for my home. Fine dust may be in pleats of filter and spread through out house

Drivers: address is correct, make sure to turn onto 12th st, you’ll go under a blue snow gate (an old security office will be on your right but that’s NOT the check in point). Turn right once you cross the tracks and the warehouse is on your right. Door A is for Filterbuy deliveries. I recommend pulling into the first lot where the cars are, then backing up all the way to door A if you have to dock there. Otherwise you’ll have to blind side it, but the staff are friendly and will help you back if needed.

Terrible customer service handling returns not transparent and crystal clear on the whole process no shipping cost upfront added. Avoid doing business with them and they don’t want to take full accountability. Graded F with the BBB and 8 complaints in the last 12 months make sense now why complaints keep on coming.

Return policy is terrible, they charge for return shipping... Buyer BEWARE. It's almost better to purchase from a third party instead of directly on the website. Also the customer service reps act entitled and have an attitude when it comes to explaining the terms and conditions.

Terrible customer service. Filters were delivered quickly, unfortunately they make a very loud whistling noise when the furnace runs. I’ve not experienced this with other MERV-8 filters. Requested a return and was told I’d have to pay return shipping and they ‘might’ refund my money. Not what I expected based on all the 5-star ratings.

Ordered filters through Walmart. The Filterbuy fulfillment center sent the wrong size. Walmart contacted them and I received a message that Filterbuy would be sending the correct size. I called them late on Friday to confirm. Monday morning the correct filters arrived. Outstanding, no hassles customer service which was greatly appreciated. Excellent quality filters at a fair price. Highly recommend.
